The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, heavy cream, and brown sugar until smooth. Add creamy peanut butter and whisk until well incorporated. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and top with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Goes well with sliced apples and pretzels.
