Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 container of Greek yogurt (5.3 oz.)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter the pan
Instruction
- In a mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Then whisk in the container of greek yogurt until it is mixed well and there are no lumps.
- In a smaller bowl, combine the baking powder with the flour. Then pour into the wet ingredients.
- Mix well. If the batter is too thick then add milk one tablespoon at a time until the consistency is to your liking.
- Melt the butter in a nonstick pan or an electric griddle.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan.
- Allow it to cook for about 2 min until golden brown. Flip and cook another 2 minutes.
- Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, or warm syrup and enjoy!
