Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup milk, (I used whole milk but any nut milk will work well too)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • canola oil or vegetable oil, for greasing griddle or skillet
  • 1 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons Pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
