Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 large egg
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup milk, (I used whole milk but any nut milk will work well too)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- canola oil or vegetable oil, for greasing griddle or skillet
- 1 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons Pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
