Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15 oumces garbanzo beans ( (garbanzo beans)- drained and rinsed)
- ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
Instruction
- Pulse parsley in food processor 3-4 times, remove from processor and set aside.
- Combine everything into food processor (except parsley) and blend until smooth.
- Add in parsley, pulse until combined.
- Garnish with paprika.
