Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 15 oumces garbanzo beans ( (garbanzo beans)- drained and rinsed)
  • ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley

Instruction

  • Pulse parsley in food processor 3-4 times, remove from processor and set aside.
  • Combine everything into food processor (except parsley) and blend until smooth.
  • Add in parsley, pulse until combined.
  • Garnish with paprika.
