Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Yogurt (plain full-fat, can also use greek yogurt )
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme (I used dried )
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice

Instruction

  • Take a cup of yogurt and whisk it.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme to the yogurt.
  • Then add salt to taste along with a pinch of pepper. Add olive oil and lime juice. Whisk all the ingredients together until they become creamy.
  • Enjoy this creamy healthy yogurt dip!
