Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 to mato (small, chopped)
  • ½ avocado (chopped into small pieces)
  • ½ cup chickpeas
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 12 crackers [I used breton gluten-free original with flax crackers]
  • dried mint (to sprinkle (optional))

Instruction

  • In a bowl whisk the greek yogurt till smooth.
  • Add in the chickpeas and mix thoroughly.
  • Arrange the crackers and spoon the yogurt chickpeas mixture on top using approximately 1 tablespoon per cracker.
  • Top with chopped tomatoes, avocado and sprinkle dried mint on top (optional).
  • Enjoy immediately.
