The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple (diced small)
- 2 tablespoons red onion (minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons clean eating mayonnaise
- 1 cup pecans (lightly toasted)
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Instruction
