Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple (diced small)
  • 2 tablespoons red onion (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons clean eating mayonnaise
  • 1 cup pecans (lightly toasted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit, refrigerated, for about 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to combine.
