Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Homemade Greek Yogurt Cheese ((Strained Greek Yogurt))
  • 4 oz/114g Cucumber ((peeled/seeded))
  • 1 clove Fresh Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1/8 tsp True Lemon ((or 1 tsp Lemon Juice))
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Fresh Mint Leaves ((optional))

Instruction

  • Peel and core Cucumber.  Rough Chop and sprinkle with Kosher Salt.  Place in a Paper Towel and squeeze out water.
  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of a Food Processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings.
