Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Homemade Greek Yogurt Cheese ((Strained Greek Yogurt))
- 4 oz/114g Cucumber ((peeled/seeded))
- 1 clove Fresh Garlic
- 1 tsp Dill Weed
- 1/8 tsp True Lemon ((or 1 tsp Lemon Juice))
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Fresh Mint Leaves ((optional))
Instruction
- Peel and core Cucumber. Rough Chop and sprinkle with Kosher Salt. Place in a Paper Towel and squeeze out water.
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of a Food Processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings.
