Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 28 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 3/4 cup quartered grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh Italian Parsley leaves
  • black pepper to taste
  • 6 oz Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing or Greek dressing

Instruction

  • Cook frozen cheese Tortellini according to package directions. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, prep tomatoes, cucumber, and onions and put in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients including cooked cheese Tortellini and stir. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
