- 2 Tbsp Greek Seasoning (see below)
- 16 oz. jar of pepperoncini peppers
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 small cucumber (peeled, seeded and finely chopped)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
