  • 2 Tbsp Greek Seasoning (see below)
  • 16 oz. jar of pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 small cucumber (peeled, seeded and finely chopped)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
