Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup broccoli florets (chopped)
- Pizza dough (homemade or storebought)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 6-7 cloves roasted garlic (chopped (homemade or see note below))
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- ¼ cup onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 Roma tomato (thinly sliced)
- ⅓ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts (quartered)
- 1-2 Tbsp Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)
Instruction
- Blanch the broccoli florets by placing them in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes. Then immediately remove from pot and rinse with very cold water. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 460°F.
- Roll pizza dough into a 12-13” round circle.
- In a small dish, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, salt and garlic powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the entire top of the dough (including edges).
- Sprinkle the roasted garlic, Parmesan and mozzarella evenly across the dough, leaving a 1” border for the crust.
- Layer the broccoli, onions, tomatoes, feta, artichokes and olives around the top of dough.
- Bake at 460°F for 13-14 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
