Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup broccoli florets (chopped)
  • Pizza dough (homemade or storebought)
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 6-7 cloves roasted garlic (chopped (homemade or see note below))
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • ¼ cup onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Roma tomato (thinly sliced)
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts (quartered)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)

Instruction

  • Blanch the broccoli florets by placing them in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes. Then immediately remove from pot and rinse with very cold water. Drain and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 460°F.
  • Roll pizza dough into a 12-13” round circle.
  • In a small dish, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, salt and garlic powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the entire top of the dough (including edges).
  • Sprinkle the roasted garlic, Parmesan and mozzarella evenly across the dough, leaving a 1” border for the crust.
  • Layer the broccoli, onions, tomatoes, feta, artichokes and olives around the top of dough.
  • Bake at 460°F for 13-14 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
