Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 200g Pizza dough
  • 80 g Pizza sauce
  • 20 g Spinach (chopped)
  • 60 g mozzarella (grated)
  • 50 g Roasted red peppers (diced)
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 40 g artichoke hearts
  • 25 g Olives (halved)
  • 25 g Feta (crumbled)

Instruction

  • Roll out the pizza dough and spread it with the pizza sauce. Sprinkle the chopped spinach on the sauce and then add the mozzarella.
  • Add the chopped red pepper, sliced olives, artichokes and cherry tomatoes.
  • Add the crumbled feta and cook at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
