Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 200g Pizza dough
- 80 g Pizza sauce
- 20 g Spinach (chopped)
- 60 g mozzarella (grated)
- 50 g Roasted red peppers (diced)
- 3 Cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- 40 g artichoke hearts
- 25 g Olives (halved)
- 25 g Feta (crumbled)
Instruction
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread it with the pizza sauce. Sprinkle the chopped spinach on the sauce and then add the mozzarella.
- Add the chopped red pepper, sliced olives, artichokes and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the crumbled feta and cook at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
