Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 12 oz farfalle bowtie pasta ((cooked per package instructions, drained, and rinsed with cool water))
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts ((quartered, not the marinated variety))
  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes ((sliced or quartered))
  • ½ cup kalamata olives ((sliced or quartered))
  • 4 oz feta cheese ((crumbled))
  • ¼ cup red onion ((peeled and thinly sliced))
  • 12 oz Greek salad dressing ((your favorite brand))
  • each, salt & pepper ((to taste))

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your Greek pasta salad ingredients.
  • Toss or mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed and well coated with the dressing.
  • Serve immediately. Garnish with extra crumbled feta and freshly ground black pepper if desired.
