Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 12 oz farfalle bowtie pasta ((cooked per package instructions, drained, and rinsed with cool water))
- 14 oz artichoke hearts ((quartered, not the marinated variety))
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes ((sliced or quartered))
- ½ cup kalamata olives ((sliced or quartered))
- 4 oz feta cheese ((crumbled))
- ¼ cup red onion ((peeled and thinly sliced))
- 12 oz Greek salad dressing ((your favorite brand))
- each, salt & pepper ((to taste))
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your Greek pasta salad ingredients.
- Toss or mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed and well coated with the dressing.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with extra crumbled feta and freshly ground black pepper if desired.
