Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 250 g Orzo
- 200 g Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 Cucumber (chopped)
- 150 g Black Olives (halved)
- 200 g Feta (cubed)
- Bunch Parsley (chopped)
- Bunch Mint (chopped)
- 6 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- Salt and Pepper
Instruction
- Cook the orzo according to packet instructions. Chop all your ingredients and add to a large bowl along with the orzo once it's cooked.
- Whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the orzo and vegetables and toss everything gently. Serve.
