Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 250 g Orzo
  • 200 g Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cucumber (chopped)
  • 150 g Black Olives (halved)
  • 200 g Feta (cubed)
  • Bunch Parsley (chopped)
  • Bunch Mint (chopped)
  • 6 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • Salt and Pepper

Instruction

  • Cook the orzo according to packet instructions. Chop all your ingredients and add to a large bowl along with the orzo once it's cooked.
  • Whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the orzo and vegetables and toss everything gently. Serve.
