Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp dried mint
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Roll meat mixture into 2" balls, and place on baking sheet
  • Bake 20 minutes, turning halfway through
