Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp dried mint
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Line a baking sheet with parchment
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Roll meat mixture into 2" balls, and place on baking sheet
- Bake 20 minutes, turning halfway through
