Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
- 1/2 Whole Yellow Onion (diced)
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Dill (chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Flat Leaf Parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 2 Tsp Vietnamese Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Mediterranean Sea Salt
- 2 Tsp Turkish Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Form into golf ball size meatballs and place on a baking tray.Place in a 325 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Place in the Greek tomato sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.Serve and enjoy!
