The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 12 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/2 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 whole lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (only use salt if your Italian seasoning is unsalted!)
