Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced or pressed)
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill (chopped; 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup Cucumber (grated)
  • 10 ounces Hummus (about 1 1/4 cup)
  • 1 Tzatziki Sauce (from above)
  • 1 Cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2 Red onion (diced)
  • 4 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 14 ounce Artichokes hearts (chopped)
  • 4 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 Green Onion, mostly green parts (sliced)
  • Crackers or crudites for dipping (optional)

Instruction

  • Combine ingredients for yogurt dill sauce and set aside in the refrigerator while preparing the remaining ingredients.
  • Spread hummus in an even layer in the bottom of the serving dish.
  • Spread yogurt dill sauce on top of the hummus.
  • Evenly sprinkle the remaining ingredients in layers in the order listed.
  • Serve with preferred crackers or crudites
