Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves (minced or pressed)
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill (chopped; 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup Cucumber (grated)
- 10 ounces Hummus (about 1 1/4 cup)
- 1 Tzatziki Sauce (from above)
- 1 Cucumber (diced)
- 1/2 Red onion (diced)
- 4 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 14 ounce Artichokes hearts (chopped)
- 4 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 Green Onion, mostly green parts (sliced)
- Crackers or crudites for dipping (optional)
Instruction
- Combine ingredients for yogurt dill sauce and set aside in the refrigerator while preparing the remaining ingredients.
- Spread hummus in an even layer in the bottom of the serving dish.
- Spread yogurt dill sauce on top of the hummus.
- Evenly sprinkle the remaining ingredients in layers in the order listed.
- Serve with preferred crackers or crudites
