Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz hummus
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbs white wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 1/4 cup greek olives (sliced)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)

Instruction

  • Spread 16 oz of hummus on a 8x8 serving dish.
  • Mince 2 garlic cloves.
  • Make tzatziki In a mixing bowl by combining minced garlic, 2 tbs olive oil, 1 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream, 1 tbs white wine vinegar, and 1 tsp dill. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Layer tzatziki over hummus.
  • Layer 1/2 cup feta over tzatziki.
  • Top with 1 diced tomato, 1/2 diced cucumber, 1/4 cup sliced olives, and 3 chopped green onions.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
