Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 oz hummus
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tbs white wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup feta
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled and diced)
- 1/4 cup greek olives (sliced)
- 3 green onions (chopped)
Instruction
- Spread 16 oz of hummus on a 8x8 serving dish.
- Mince 2 garlic cloves.
- Make tzatziki In a mixing bowl by combining minced garlic, 2 tbs olive oil, 1 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream, 1 tbs white wine vinegar, and 1 tsp dill. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer tzatziki over hummus.
- Layer 1/2 cup feta over tzatziki.
- Top with 1 diced tomato, 1/2 diced cucumber, 1/4 cup sliced olives, and 3 chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
