  • 2 tomatoes (sliced)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)
  • 6 small pita pockets (or 3 large halved)
  • 1 cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 clove garlic (smashed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Zest of one lemon (+ 1 tsp. lemon juice)
