- Olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes (sliced)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
- 6 small pita pockets (or 3 large halved)
- 1 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic (smashed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Zest of one lemon (+ 1 tsp. lemon juice)
