Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 medium carrot (peeled and diced into small pieces)
  • 1/2 onion (diced into small pieces)
  • 1 medium potato (peeled and diced)
  • 2 stock pots (chicken or beef depending on your choice of meat)
  • 4 drops gravy browning (add more or less to taste)
  • 600 ml water

Instruction

  • Place the carrot, onion and potato in a pan and add the water. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 25 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. The water should reduce quite a bit
  • Add the stock pots and gravy browning to the pan. Allow the stock to dissolve, then blitz using a hand blender
  • Serve as part of a balanced meal!
