Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup grass-fed butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 24 ounces grass-fed Filets
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- In a medium bowl combine butter, blue cheese, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Use your hands to form into a log. Cover and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan to high heat. Brush the steaks with avocado oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness, about 4 minutes a side for medium-rare. Transfer to a plate and top with butter. Allow to sit for five minutes and serve.
