Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup spiced rum
- 24 oz ginger beer
- 2 cups fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 750 ml bottle champagne or sparkling wine
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- 1 grapefruit (thinly sliced)
Instruction
- Add the rum, ginger beer, grapefruit juice and sparkling wine to a large punch bowl.
- Add ice to the bowl if serving immediately or place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Top with mint leaves and sliced grapefruit before serving.
