Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Ingredients - For Frankie Dough- Maida - 1 cup
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Salt
  • Knead the dough and keep it in a container for 10 to 15 minutes in fridge.
  • For Filling Soya granules - 1 cup
  • Onion-1 medium sized (chopped)
  • Tomatoes - 2 medium sized (chopped)
  • Cottage cheese - 1/2 cup(crumbled
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Mango powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
  • Fresh chopped coriander leaves

Instruction

  • Take a wok add oil. Now add cumin seeds. Add onions and saute it till they get translucent. Now add tomatoes ,stir it till they get soft.
  • Add salt,chili powder,coriander powder and mango powder in it. Now take the granules and add them in the masala. Stir it for few minutes.
  • Now add crumbled paneer in it. Stir it till the masala gets little dry. Add tomato ketchup in the last and saute it. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside.
  • For Frankie- Take the dough, take a ball as we make roti. Make a roti by sprinkling little oil on the roti. Now when the roti is done,Take the granules and spread the thick mix in the roti.
  • Fold the frankie and serve with onions. Enjoy!!
