Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ¾ cup Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Instruction

  • In a bowl toss together oats, salt and cinnamon powder. Set aside.
  • In a pan on medium heat, mix together honey, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Heat till the mixture is slightly warm.
  • Remove from heat and pour the mixture into the bowl of oats. Mix well till the oats are well moistened.
  • Spread the moistened oats on to a baking tray. Spread in a single layer.
  • Bake at 325 F degrees for 25-30 minutes, without stirring.
  • Remove from oven and let the granola cool down. Once it has cooled down, break it into clusters with your hand.
  • Add Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds, raisins, cranberries, white chocolate chips and mix till everything is well combined.
  • Store the granola snack mix in an airtight container and enjoy!
