Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil
- ¾ cup Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Instruction
- In a bowl toss together oats, salt and cinnamon powder. Set aside.
- In a pan on medium heat, mix together honey, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Heat till the mixture is slightly warm.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into the bowl of oats. Mix well till the oats are well moistened.
- Spread the moistened oats on to a baking tray. Spread in a single layer.
- Bake at 325 F degrees for 25-30 minutes, without stirring.
- Remove from oven and let the granola cool down. Once it has cooled down, break it into clusters with your hand.
- Add Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds, raisins, cranberries, white chocolate chips and mix till everything is well combined.
- Store the granola snack mix in an airtight container and enjoy!
