Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cup(s) quaker oats (i use quick quaker oats)
- 1 cup(s) almonds (coarsely chopped0
- 1 cup(s) pecans
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1/3 cup(s) canola oil
- 1 cup(s) maple syrup
- 1/2 cup(s) raisins
- 1/2 cup(s) golden raisins
- 1/2 cup(s) dried apricots (cut in small pieces)
- 1/2 cup(s) craisins (dried cranberries
Instruction
- Line a large cookie sheet (with sides) with Parchment paper.
- Using large bowl, Add oats, Pecans and Almonds. Stir in Canola oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Spread the mixture out onto the Parchment paper that is on the cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
- When done, cool completely. Then stir in dried fruit. Enjoy!
- I also added sliced Almonds. Love Nuts!
