Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cup(s) quaker oats (i use quick quaker oats)
  • 1 cup(s) almonds (coarsely chopped0
  • 1 cup(s) pecans
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup(s) canola oil
  • 1 cup(s) maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup(s) raisins
  • 1/2 cup(s) golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup(s) dried apricots (cut in small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup(s) craisins (dried cranberries

Instruction

  • Line a large cookie sheet (with sides) with Parchment paper.
  • Using large bowl, Add oats, Pecans and Almonds. Stir in Canola oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Spread the mixture out onto the Parchment paper that is on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
  • When done, cool completely. Then stir in dried fruit. Enjoy!
  • I also added sliced Almonds. Love Nuts!
