Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup sweet potato puree or pumpkin puree
  • 2 whole eggs, whisked
  • ¼ cup. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut flour
  • ⅓ cup baking cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ cup mini-chocolate chips + 2 tbsp. for top
  • ¼ cup walnuts*, chopped + 2 tbsp. for the top (optional)
  • ¼ cup Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, ~2 scoops (optional)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease a 9×9 square dish.
  • In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix.
  • Transfer batter to 9×9 square dish and spread out evenly. Top with mini-chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove
  • from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Cut into 12 squares.
