Ingredients

The following ingredients have 14 Servings
  • 350 g mixed nuts and seeds (your choice)
  • 50 g desiccated/shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 50 g coconut oil (melted)
  • 4 tbsp tahini (or nut butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • +/- salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (or more, to your taste)
  • 2 eggs - medium

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Pulse a few times until combined and little pieces of nuts and seeds can be seen.
  • Place in a greased and lined 18cmx27cm / 7x10 inch baking dish. Press firmly into the lined baking dish. If you bake it in a larger dish, it will turn thin and crispy which can be really nice also.
  • Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes or until golden, not burnt.
  • May be drizzled with 90% chocolate.
