Ingredients
The following ingredients have 14 Servings
- 350 g mixed nuts and seeds (your choice)
- 50 g desiccated/shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 50 g coconut oil (melted)
- 4 tbsp tahini (or nut butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- +/- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (or more, to your taste)
- 2 eggs - medium
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients in the blender.
- Pulse a few times until combined and little pieces of nuts and seeds can be seen.
- Place in a greased and lined 18cmx27cm / 7x10 inch baking dish. Press firmly into the lined baking dish. If you bake it in a larger dish, it will turn thin and crispy which can be really nice also.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes or until golden, not burnt.
- May be drizzled with 90% chocolate.
