Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil or grass-fed butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1 cup 96 grams blanched almond flour
- 3 tablespoons 21 grams coconut flour
- Pinch fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line 9 muffin cups with muffin liners.
- In a large bowl combine combine coconut oil or grass-fed butter, eggs, honey, and mashed banana and mix well. Add in almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until fully combined. Then fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin tins about 3/4 of the way through.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
