Ingredients

The following ingredients have 18 Servings
  • 1 pkg gluten-free graham crackers (18 whole crackers)
  • 3/4 cup regular salted butter (or dairy-free butter.)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped roasted (salted mixed nuts (or any kind you like))
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use a 3/4 cup. Allergy-free if needed.)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter or butter substitute with brown sugar on medium heat. Stir constantly and allowing ingredients to combine.
  • When the mixture starts getting bubbly, but not boiling, remove from heat and add chopped nuts. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture over crackers, spreading it as you go. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.
