Ingredients
The following ingredients have 18 Servings
- 1 pkg gluten-free graham crackers (18 whole crackers)
- 3/4 cup regular salted butter (or dairy-free butter.)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup chopped roasted (salted mixed nuts (or any kind you like))
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use a 3/4 cup. Allergy-free if needed.)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter or butter substitute with brown sugar on medium heat. Stir constantly and allowing ingredients to combine.
- When the mixture starts getting bubbly, but not boiling, remove from heat and add chopped nuts. Mix well.
- Pour mixture over crackers, spreading it as you go. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
