Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 – 14 graham cracker squares
  • 8 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup toffee pieces + extra for topping (I use the Heath Bits O’ Brickle Toffee Pieces in the baking aisle)
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • m&ms for topping

Instruction

  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Line a foil-lined large rimmed baking sheet with squares of graham crackers.
  • Top with butter & sugar mixture and use a brush to coat all of the crackers.
  • Sprinkle with toffee piece and bake at 350 degrees F for 8 mins.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips all over the top and eturn to oven for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and spread melted chocolate chips into an even layer over top of crackers.
  • Sprinkle with extra toffee pieces and chopped m&ms.
  • Let cool completely and break or cut into pieces and store in the fridge.
