Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5.5 cups mixed tomatoes (as many different cultivars as possible, large ones sliced, small ones halved)
- 4 sticks Celery (cut into large slices)
- 0.625 cup mixed Nut
- 0.625 cup Dried Fruit
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 6 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
Instruction
- Arrange the tomatoes on plates and add the celery.
- Roast the mixed nuts and dried fruit in hot olive oil until the aromas can be smelt. Arrange them on the tomatoes and drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil and the vinegar.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper and serve.
