Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 ears corn (, cooked - boiled or grilled)
  • 3/4 cup grape tomatoes (, quartered)
  • 3 scallions (, chopped)
  • 1 cup smoked gouda cheese (, cut into bite size pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons flat parsley (, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Cut corn off of ears, transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add tomatoes, scallions, smoked gouda, Italian dressing, Kosher salt and ground pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Toss before serving.
