Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 12 figs
  • 2 oz. pancetta, chopped
  • 1/3 cup gorgonzola crumbles

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a small skillet. Add the pancetta to the pan and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside for cool down. Once the pancetta has cooled down add the cheese crumbles and mix. Using a knife create an “X” on the top of each fig. Make sure that you only slice through about half way down. Spoon a little of the mixture into the center of each fig. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 8 minutes.
