Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 2 cups apples (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup oatmeal
- Mix topping ingredients well.
- This topping goes on the cake before baking.
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Set aside.
