Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • additional spices or flavors such as ginger, cardamom, or vanilla extract.

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Pour the golden milk into a cup and enjoy.
