Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup frozen mango or pineapple chunks
- 1 small banana
- 3/4 cup milk (any kind)
- 1-inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add in an extra pour of milk. If it is too thin, add in a handful of ice.
- Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!
