Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup frozen mango or pineapple chunks
  • 1 small banana
  • 3/4 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1-inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add in an extra pour of milk.  If it is too thin, add in a handful of ice.
  • Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!
