Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 cups Milk (almond, coconut, or organic milk)
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Turmeric (or 2 teaspoons tumeric powder)
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Fresh Ginger (or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons 100% Pure Maple Syrup

Instruction

  • Add milk, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to blender. Blend until turmeric and ginger are pureed.
  • Pour mixture into saucepan and simmer on medium low heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add maple syrup to taste.
  • Can be sipped warm or cold.
