Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 cups Milk (almond, coconut, or organic milk)
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Turmeric (or 2 teaspoons tumeric powder)
- 2 teaspoons Grated Fresh Ginger (or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons 100% Pure Maple Syrup
Instruction
- Add milk, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to blender. Blend until turmeric and ginger are pureed.
- Pour mixture into saucepan and simmer on medium low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add maple syrup to taste.
- Can be sipped warm or cold.
