The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup (140 g) frozen mango
- 1 cup non-dairy milk* (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons thick coconut yogurt
- 1/2″ piece of ginger, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Sweetener of choice*: 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1/2 banana, or 1 scoop sweetened vanilla protein powder
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve cold.
