Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups cashew milk
- 1 ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2-3 tsp pure maple syrup (*to taste)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 grind of fresh pepper *optional
Instruction
- Add the cashew milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, and syrup to a small sauce pan and whisk really well, breaking up and incorporating all of the ground spices.
- Turn the heat to a low medium and slowly warm the mixture, continuing to stir with the whisk, until it reaches a nice drinkable temperature.
- Transfer the mixture to your blender and add the coconut oil.
- Blend for 5 seconds.
- CAREFULLY take the lid off your blender and pour into 2 mugs.
- Enjoy warm!
