The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 800 gr boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Cooking oil (for deep frying)
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 cup potato starch ((not potato flour) or you can use cornstarch)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 salted egg yolks
- 100 gr butter
- 1 handful curry leaves
- 1 -2 Thai red chili (seeded and finely chopped, optional)
- 1 tsp sugar (or more to taste)
