- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- a bowl of all purpose flour for dusting
- 120 salted butter
- 20 sage leaves
- some Gnudi cooking water
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
- freshly ground black pepper
