Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 cups gluten free all purpose baking mix* ((I used King Arthur gluten free all purpose baking mix))
- 2 Tablespoons unbleached cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-3/4 cup dairy free milk
- 1/4 cup light tasting olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
Instruction
- Preheat your non-stick waffle iron.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dairy free milk, oil, and vinegar.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk together until mixed well.
- Pour batter into your hot waffle iron according to the amount that your waffle iron will hold. We pour batter into our Belgian waffle maker using a 1 cup scoop.
- Cook in the waffle iron for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes.
- Top with your favorite dairy free butter and toppings.
