Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 cups gluten free all purpose baking mix* ((I used King Arthur gluten free all purpose baking mix))
  • 2 Tablespoons unbleached cane sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-3/4 cup dairy free milk
  • 1/4 cup light tasting olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar

Instruction

  • Preheat your non-stick waffle iron.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the dairy free milk, oil, and vinegar.
  • Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk together until mixed well.
  • Pour batter into your hot waffle iron according to the amount that your waffle iron will hold. We pour batter into our Belgian waffle maker using a 1 cup scoop.
  • Cook in the waffle iron for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes.
  • Top with your favorite dairy free butter and toppings.
