Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 8oz Box Gluten-Free Shell Pasta
  • Red Pepper Sauce:
  • 1 Cup Roasted Red Peppers (1 10oz jar, drained)
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (1 5.3oz container)
  • 2 TB Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Shallot (chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Instruction

  • In a large pot, cook your pasta according to package directions, drain, and add straight back to the pot.
  • In the meantime, add all the red pepper sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the blended sauce directly to the hot pasta in the pot and mix together to fully coat and combine.
