Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 3.5 oz 70% dark chocolate (100 grams)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (80 grams)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (30 grams)
  • 1/2 cup cooked kidney beans (100 grams)
  • 3/4 cup dates (100 grams)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (50 milliliters)
  • 1/3 cup ground almonds (45 grams)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree C or 350 degree F.
  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a pan over a very low heat. Stir in the cocoa powder and remove from the heat.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Pour the batter into the tin (20x20 centimeters or 8x8 inches) and bake for 30 mins.
  • Leave to cool, and chill before serving.
