Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Combine coconut & almond flour with melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
  • Press into a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
  • Let it fully cool.
  • Combine caramel layer ingredients over heat or microwave in increments.
  • Whisk together for a few min and once cooled, pour over the base layer.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hrs.
  • Microwave chocolate with coconut oil.
  • Pour over the top and set back in fridge for 5-10 min to harden.
  • Cut into long strips or bite sizes and enjoy!
  • For extras, keep in the freezer.
