Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Combine coconut & almond flour with melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
- Press into a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
- Let it fully cool.
- Combine caramel layer ingredients over heat or microwave in increments.
- Whisk together for a few min and once cooled, pour over the base layer.
- Freeze for 1-2 hrs.
- Microwave chocolate with coconut oil.
- Pour over the top and set back in fridge for 5-10 min to harden.
- Cut into long strips or bite sizes and enjoy!
- For extras, keep in the freezer.
