Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Gluten-Free pizza crust mix*
  • 15 oz refried beans ( (you more than likely will not use the whole can))
  • 1 cup chopped green leafy lettuce
  • 1-2 ripe tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Mexican or Southwest-style corn
  • Toppings as desired*

Instruction

  • Cook crust according to package instructions. Spread refried beans over crust and top with ingredients.
  • Bake at about 350 degrees F. for 10 mins or according to crust instructions. Enjoy!
