Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Gluten-Free pizza crust mix*
- 15 oz refried beans ( (you more than likely will not use the whole can))
- 1 cup chopped green leafy lettuce
- 1-2 ripe tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Mexican or Southwest-style corn
- Toppings as desired*
Instruction
- Cook crust according to package instructions. Spread refried beans over crust and top with ingredients.
- Bake at about 350 degrees F. for 10 mins or according to crust instructions. Enjoy!
