Ingredients
The following ingredients have 15 Servings
- 3 21-oz. cans Lucky Leaf strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 King Arthur flour gluten free yellow cake mix (or any gluten free cake mix)
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (melted (1 cup))
Instruction
- Spray a 9x13” glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour pie filling into dish.
- Top with walnuts, then coconut.
- Sprinkle cake mix over top.
- Melt butter and drizzle over top covering the surface as much as possible.
- Bake at 350° about 45-60 minutes or until nicely browned on top and pie filling bubbles up to the surface of the cobbler.
