Ingredients

The following ingredients have 15 Servings
  • 3 21-oz. cans Lucky Leaf strawberry pie filling
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 King Arthur flour gluten free yellow cake mix (or any gluten free cake mix)
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter (melted (1 cup))

Instruction

  • Spray a 9x13” glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour pie filling into dish.
  • Top with walnuts, then coconut.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over top.
  • Melt butter and drizzle over top covering the surface as much as possible.
  • Bake at 350° about 45-60 minutes or until nicely browned on top and pie filling bubbles up to the surface of the cobbler.
