Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups certified gluten free oats, quick cooking
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instruction

  • Combine all the meatball ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, mix well then shape into balls, likely 18-20 meatballs depending on the size. Spray a 6-quart slow cooker and place the meatballs in the slow cooker, they can be placed close together to fit. Combine the sauce ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan and bring to boil. Let boil for 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat and pour evenly over the meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with sauce.
