- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instruction
- Combine all the meatball ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, mix well then shape into balls, likely 18-20 meatballs depending on the size. Spray a 6-quart slow cooker and place the meatballs in the slow cooker, they can be placed close together to fit. Combine the sauce ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan and bring to boil. Let boil for 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat and pour evenly over the meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with sauce.
