Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 cups sliced (ripe peaches (I used about 9 small/medium peaches))
- Juice of ½ lemon (about 1 tbsp lemon juice)
- ½ cup Namaste Gluten Free Flour Blend
- 1/3 cup organic pure cane sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups Namaste Gluten Free Flour Blend
- 2 tbsp organic pure cane sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 11 tbsp cold organic palm shortening or butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Cane Sugar to sprinkle the top of the crust
- Pats of butter for the top of the pie (optional)

- Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
