Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 cups sliced (ripe peaches (I used about 9 small/medium peaches))
  • Juice of ½ lemon (about 1 tbsp lemon juice)
  • ½ cup Namaste Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 1/3 cup organic pure cane sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups Namaste Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 2 tbsp organic pure cane sugar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 11 tbsp cold organic palm shortening or butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Cane Sugar to sprinkle the top of the crust
  • Pats of butter for the top of the pie (optional)

  • Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
